Bride
Being
28 years old, I had waited a long time to find the man I wanted
to spend forever with. However, I am, without a doubt, living proof
of the words at Psalm 37:4: "Take Exquisite delight in Jehovah
and he will give you the requests of your heart."
I
have always wanted to be with someone who enjoys the same things
I like . . .music, theater, travel, and the outdoors. Charlie loves
so many of those things and I have come to truly appreciate how
we share the same outlook on life. Charlie is such a special person.
He is my best friend, my support, and the most wonderful man I know.
As
for my family, I have two surviving grandparents, Charles and Edna;
my parents, Boyd and Linda; 2 sisters, Barbara and Shannon, along
with their husbands; and the cutest nephew, Evan. Born and raised
in a small town in Pennsylvania, I have come to be a very outgoing
person which has helped me to adapt to change. This I appreciate
because Charlie and I have decided to live in his house in the St.
Louis Area. Even though I will miss my family and friends very much,
I look forward to a new life with Charlie and making many new friends
there.
I
have spent the last nine years working in a Bank. Once in St. Louis,
I will quite likely look for a part-time job in the finance field,
while spending as much time as I can in the ministry work as well.
Charlie and I hope one day to be able to be in some form of the
full-time ministry together. Since we both also love children, we
are keeping that option open as well.
Being
married to Charlie is my dream come true more than all else, I simply
look forward to an eternity of happiness together, serving the great
God who brought us together.
Groom
Life
presents many twists and turns along its path, some you never expect.
Being 27 years old and looking back on the past nine years since
high school, that is so true. You look for so many years for your
perfect complement, your soul mate, and after a time you wonder
if you will have to compromise. All of your friends get married,
start their lives and you still wonder if there is someone for you.
I am so thankful Megan came along at just the right time in my life.
For the first time in my life, life does not seem so lonely anymore.
You have the one person you can turn to for anything and everything.
The one person you can share everything with and know that she is
there to always be your friend and true companion. You don't meet
someone everyday that shares your same likes and dislikes, your
same goals in life.
I
was born in Illinois and raised here in a small town community of
Missouri. Sadly, all of my grandparents have been taken by death.
I have two wonderfully supportive parents, Charles and Nora; one
brother, Joel; two sisters, Helen and Rosalie; two wonderful nieces,
Amanda and Catie; and I'm soon to be a great uncle. How scary! I
have lived in Missouri all of my life. I've enjoyed the privilege
of living in both the country and the city and experiencing the
best of both worlds. I moved out of home when I was 18 to the big
scary city. I pursued a career in computer electronics and networking.
After successfully finishing college, I worked for a short time
as a Teacher's Assistant before I got my current job at Washington
University as a computer support specialist.
I
still live in the St. Louis area enjoying the city life. I have
always been drawn by culture and fine arts. I also love to travel.
I have been to almost all of the fifty states, Canada, and Mexico.
I look forward to experiencing even more once Megan joins me here
when we can experience these things together.
I
look forward to so many goals and dreams coming true as we share
the rest of our lives together. We have both been blessed so much
by Jehovah. I pray for his continued blessings as we go forward
in life together.
